logos!In the 60’s a lot of things started to happen that would change our visual language. The advent of canning meant that not all food was prepared at home and the television was a great way to get people to buy your stuff. However, most people watched TV at home and would forget by the time they got to the store unless you had something that stuck in their minds
Pepsi spends millions of dollars developing their logo so that it is recognizable to people all over the globe. Everything is designed with a purpose, down to every little line

What would your logo look like? It should be unique and represent what you’re selling in some way.
• Draw 3 sketches in your sketchbook of different logos. Pick one to be your final

• Look at the color of the paper you used• If its mostly white, then you will mount on black paper• If its mostly black, then you’ll use white paper
• Mount your final prints in the center• Sign and number your editions• Mount each print on the larger paper
• Choose whatever color is opposite of the smaller mounts
