Treeplantingshall beundertakenby thesubdividerto the satisfactionof the Council prior to the issueof clearancesby the Councilfor the subdivision of the land. As a guide tree plantingshall be designedto achieveanultimate canopycover on each lot of not less than thirty percentof the areaof that lot.

20. In additionto othertreeplantingareasa Tree PlantingArea not less than twentymetresin width shall be providedalongsidethe Highway Reserveboundariesto the satisfactionof the Council.

21. The subdividershall eithercauseto maintainthe treesandshrubsplantedwithin the‘TreePlanting Area’ to the satisfaction of the Council until the land is sold, or shall plantsufficient numberof trees,andshrubsto achievean effectivethirty percentcanopycoverafter allowance for natural loss.
