The Free Flow of Services as well as the Free Flow of Skilled Labour are among the characteristics in the realization of a single market and production basein ASEAN.

Facilitating the issuance of visas and employment passes for ASEAN professionals and skilled labor who are engaged in crossborder trade and investment related activities.
