    Grounds are only limited toadministrative violations,

    such as late or non-ling ofregistration, violation of permitterms, and non-payment oftaxes and fees. The law does

    recognize human rightsviolations of corporations as aground for cancellation.

    Grounds include 1.) violations of any provision of the Act, 2.) non-payment of taxes; 3.) bribery,use of force, intimidation, threat, coercion of public ofcials and communities; 4.) acts creating or

    contributing to conicts; and the like, and 5.) failure to initiate mining operations within two years.
