Oakwood Mall is the premier attraction in west central Wisconsin with nearly 100 local, regional and national retailers.

Participants can build relationships, create and build brand awareness, sell and demonstrate product and services and conduct lead generation.

Unlike other forms of media, consumers attend the mall with plans to buy! Home based businesses, art & crafts, service providers, store owners, static advertising

messages are just some of the participation options at each expo. (All uses are subject to mall pre-approval) It is a sales environment where consumers can see, touch, compare, and buy your products

and services on the spot.

Included in each show:

8’ x 10’ space in mall common area. Location pending availability.

(2) 8ft maroon skirted tables with 2 chairs provided by Oakwood Mall.

Facebook post, website post & other mall advertising as available.

Need a larger space? Rent (2) spots and receive $50 off second space.

Display Requirements

Retail displays must be staffed all mall hours.

Static displays are welcome if you are unable to staff.

6ft height limit on all displays (unless pre-approved by mall management).

We will be allowing only one participant per business (i.e., only one Miche or Avon per show).

No handwritten signage, lit candles, personal chairs, banners or balloons. (A banner attached to the front of table is OK)

No set up and take down during mall hours. Mall hours are Friday & Saturday, 10am to 9pm and Sunday 11am to 6pm.

Displays must be presentable on all sides—no backdrops, grid, additional floor retail fixtures or floor stands. No items may be displayed on the floor without mall pre-approval.

Payment

Subject to additional rent of 15% of sales over and above breakpoint. ($225 rent x 15% = $1,500 breakpoint)

Payment will be required by credit card up to 30 days before the show date. No checks or cash will be accepted.

Sales must be reported to Oakwood Mall Management within 10 days after the end of the show. Fines may be assessed if late.

We accept MasterCard , Visa, American Express or Discover. Credit card authorization form will be sent with your agreement.

$50 (non-refundable) deposit required after participation form is approved by Oakwood Mall. Deposit will be applied to rent due.

Cancellations:

Once the official License Agreement is signed, payment will be due regardless if you attend or not. There are no refunds once signed. Oakwood Mall will retain $50 deposit if License Agreement is created from approved participation form but not signed.

The fee includes 8’ x 10’ space in the mall’s common area (exact location in mall pending availability), garbage, website adver-tising, social media advertising, table setup and tear-down. Only one business is permitted per space. Event runs during mall hours which are Friday and Saturday 10am to 9pm and Sunday 11am to 6pm. A $50 non-refundable deposit will be required

once Oakwood Mall approves your participation form. A License Agreement will be sent to you for your signature, the License Agreement is your official agreement to participate not this participation form.

Come More, Save More - Get $25 OFF each show with multiple booked shows. Discount will apply to the last

show. Example: You sign up for both shows and $50 will be taken off Spring Fling Expo.

Vendors with insurance will need to list Oakwood Mall as an additional insured. Exact language & requirements will be provided by Oakwood Mall.

Vendors without insurance will need to sign a release of liability waiver provided by Oakwood Mall.

Will you be able to supply proof of Wisconsin Worker’s Compensation Insurance? YES or NO

Vendors that are sole proprietors, partners or LLC members with no employees or unpaid volunteers are not required to carry worker’s compensation

insurance but must have a waiver and release of liability form signed by each person on premises. Form provided by Oakwood Mall.

Will you be staffing all mall hours? YES or NO

All vendors selling products on site must staff the booth all mall hours. Staffing is not required if you cannot sell due to your company’s restrictions or plan to

have a static display to advertise your services or products. Occasional staffing will not be permitted so you will need to decide if you will staff or not.

We will supply up to (2) 8ft maroon skirted tables at no additional cost. Would you like? One or Two

Vendors that are not staffing and require (1) table may be put back to back with another vendor. Additional display fixtures will not be permitted.
