How to Apply

‘A Step By Step Guide for Completing Your Application’

Step One

• Visit the DataFlow Group official website at www.dataflowgroup.com

• Click on the SOCPA logo, then press the ‘How to Apply’ tab

Step Two

• Click on the ‘Applicant Login’ tab

• If you are a new user, click the ‘Sign Up As New User’ tab

• You can track the status of your application by entering your Applicant Email ID and

Password

Step Three

• Provide your Email ID and click on the ‘Submit’ tab

• The below shot will appear once signup is completed successfully

• Once the login is created, an automated email will be sent to your registered Email ID

with your Username and Password

Step Four

• Enter your Applicant Email ID and Password provided in the email, then click on the

‘Login’ tab

Step Five

• To change your Password, follow the below steps

• Proceed to the ‘Login’ page and reenter your Applicant Email ID with your new

Password

• You will receive a confirmation email comprising the changed Password

Step Six

• Fill the ‘Personal Details’ form and click on the ‘Submit’ tab. FAQs are available for

reference

Note: Under Application Type, you can choose either ‘Membership’ or ‘Fellowship

Examination’

Step Seven

• Complete the ‘Component Details’ form

• Upload the required documents

• Download the Letter of Authorisation

• Upload a signed copy of the Letter of Authorisation

• Confirm ‘Credit Card’ as your selected method of payment

• Click on the ‘Save & Next’ tab

Step Eight

• Finalise the payment using your credit card

Step Nine

• Select your preferred credit card for payment

• Fill the required fields

• Submit payment

Step Ten

• You will receive a confirmation email including all your relevant applicant details, as well

as your DataFlow Group and SOCPA references

• At this stage, your application will be forwarded to the Quality Check team. If the

provided details and documents are correct, a payment receipt will be sent to your

registered email ID

• If the provided details and documents are incomplete, your application will be marked

as ‘Insufficient’ and a message will be sent to your registered email ID

Refund Policy

• If you have made a double payment or submitted the wrong documents, fees may be

refunded within a maximum of 48 hours from the time of payment of the DataFlow

Group fee

• SOCPA approval is required for payment refund
