1. Click “Insert” on the “Menu Bar.”2. Click “Shapes.”3. Click the symbol you’d like from the “Action

Buttons” section and drag the “Crosshair” holding down and releasing the left handle of the mouse and the “Action Settings” dialog box will appear.

4. Within the “Action on Click” section click the “Down Arrow” and scroll down and click “Slide.”

5. Now click the slide you want to go to within the “Hyperlink to Slide” dialog box.

6. Click “OK.”7. Now click the “Mouse Over” tab.8. Within the “Action on Mouse Over” section

click the “Hyperlink to” “Radio Button.” 9. Click the “Down Arrow” again, scroll down

and click “Slide” again.10. Now click the same slide again within the

“Hyperlink to Slide” dialog box. 11. Click “OK.” 12. Click “OK” again.13. Repeat this procedure throughout all slides

and for their returns.

1. Click “Link” with the left handle of the mouse.2. Right click the right handle of the mouse.3. Click “Edit Hyperlink.”4. Within the “Action on Click” section click the

“Check Box” for the “Play Sound” function. 5. Click the “Down Arrow” and scroll down to

select Windows pre-installed sound files or it is also possible to stop previous sounds and add your own using the “Other Sound” option.

ADDING SOUND

This procedure may also be carried out within the “Action on Click” dialog box as with the previous procedure.
