I am very glad to see my name in the merit list of na�onalround Primary Math Olympiad exam. Thank you PrimaryOlympiad for organizing this contest. I would also like tothank the Principal of our school and my parents fortheir constant guidance and inspira�on.

We are extremely pround of having introduced the Primary English Olympiad and making it compulsory and embedding it into curriculum for STD 1 to IV. It has definitely enriched the linguis�c power and skills in the students, specially conversa�on and vocabulary. The books have explained rules in simple ways making Grammar more interes�ng to the students. The review tests have also enhances their wri�ng skills. It has played a vital role in raising the standard of the school.

The Primary Olympiad consists of English, Maths and Science Olympiad for standards 1 through 5. It is a Na�onal Level cer�fica�on exam and compe��on for young learners.

The English Olympiad focuses on spelling and grammar. Enrolled students receive a spelling book, a grammar book and a mul� skill book as preparatory material.

The Maths Olympiad focuses on arithme�c and geometry. Enrolled students receive a maths book and an ac�vity book as preparatory material.

The Science Olympiad focuses on science and environmental studies. Enrolled students receive a science book and an environmental studies book as preparatory material.

Registered students will receive an LMS (Learning

Management System) ID and password. This online

account helps the students prepare be�er for the exams.

There will be topic wise tests for students and answer

keys for the ac�vi�es in the books.

All students receive par�cipa�on cer�ficates and

scorecards. Scorecards provide a detailed breakdown or

competency allowing the child to work on weak areas in

the future. It also provides the rank of the child in the

school and standing of the child na�onally.

A student from each standard securing highest marks

(based on the total of English, Maths and Science)

receives cash scholarship worth Rs. 10,000.

A cash prize scholarship of Rs. 10000 for a topper from

each standard and well as subject who secures highest

marks in English, Maths and Science.

The wri�en compe��ve exams are based on the study material given to the students as described below. The books are aligned with the school curriculum. Students can therefore use the provided books as addi�onal prac�ce materials for topics in their school curriculum. Sample papers will be made available in mid July 2017.

The fees per subject per student from standards 1 through3 is Rs. 850 and standards 4 and 5 is Rs. 900.

The Primary Olympiad is open to students from standard 1 through 5. The students can par�cipate in one, two or all three olympiads.

The City-round exam for English Olympiad will be conducted on Saturday, 6th January 2018, Maths and Science Olympiad will be conducted on Saturday, 13th January 2018 in your school.
