Talent Development: Co-designed Talent Management program to focus on emerging leaders and to identify, develop and retain core staff. Included succession planning and coaching.

Created development plans; coached employees, including high-potentials; led research initiative to improve performance management processes. New leader assimilations. Designed career paths.

Led 2010 global employee opinion survey (EOS) project. Consulted on 2013 EOS.
