Day 2, Sat: Tashkent – Bukhara

Transfer to the railway station at 06:30 in the morning. The high-speed train, Afrosiyob, leaves from Tashkent at 07:30 and arrives in Bukhara at 11:17. Upon arrival, you will be met by our driver and transferred to the hotel. Leave your luggage at the hotel. Check-in at noon. Take a walking sightseeing tour with a guide in the historic center of Bukhara which has been listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, visiting: Lyabi Hauz Ensemble, Magoki-Attori Mosque, Chor-Minor Madrasah, trade domes, Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan madrasahs, Kalyan Minaret, Kalyan Mosque and Miri-Arab Madrasah, legendary Ark Fortress, Bolo-Khauz Mosque. Day 3, Sun: Bukhara – Samarkand Check out from the hotel and out of the city to visit Sitorai Mokhi-Khosa, the summer residence of Bukhara’s last emir, the unique site combining Oriental and Russian architecture. Continue to the Mausoleum of Bakhouddin Naqshbandi. Return to Bukhara and visit Ismail Samani and Chashma-Ayub mausoleums. At 14:40 transfer to the train station. Take Afrosiyob train to Samarkand departing at 15:50, arriving at 17:20 (270 km). Upon arrival, the driver will transfer you to the hotel in Samarkand. Overnight at the hotel. Then drive to Koni Ghil village to explore the traditional way of making Samarkand paper from mulberry. Enjoy free time with car and driver at your disposal after sightseeing tour. At 16:00 transfer to the railway station to take the fast-speed Afrosiyob train departing to Tashkent at 17:00 (300 km). Scheduled arrival time is 19:10.
