COLORED PRIMER WITH STRONG PENETRATION AND HIGH COVERAGE Compliant with the directive 2004/42/CE
DESCRIPTIONColored primer based on acrylic micro-emulsions in water dispersion with an high penetrating, anchoring and consolidating power on the preparation of the substrate for water-paints and mineral and synthetic coatings on interiors and exteriors. The small size of the particles of the binders, give to the product an excellent ability to penetrate into the substrate, allowing the reduction of the water absorption and equalizing on this way the absorption of the substrates treated.

inalterable earth pigment and specific additives.

APPLICATIONPrepare the substrates, both old and new, making sure that are perfectly dried and clean, removing all the crumbling and inconsistent parts and dusts, mud, bitumen, oil stains, etc.Brush carefully any old paints not adherent to the substrate. Make sure that the substrates are free of salt efflorescences and stains of active humidity.Apply on cracks and holes with “MALVISTUK” paste stucco or “MICRORAS SB” powder stucco for interiors or “INTORAS M o MC” powder stucco for exteriors.Then apply a coat of primer “PREVIT COL” to uniform the absorption diluted 1:2 with clean water depending on the absorption of the substrate.Don’t apply on frozen substrates, with frost or possible frost in 24 hours. Don’t apply in very sunny days.Don’t apply with strong wind and/or driving rain.Don’t apply until when the substrate hasn’t completely dried.We suggest to apply PREVIT COL with a temperature between + 5 ° C and + 30 ° C.Waiting time between coats 6/12 hours.
The performance characteristics refer to laboratory tests, values depend on the weather conditions and on the methods of implementations. The operator must verify the suitability of the product depending on the use planned.

SUMMARYInterior and exterior walls will be prepared to receive water-paints and mineral and synthetic coatings with a primer based on acrylic micro-emulsions in water dispersion with an high penetrating anchoring and consolidating power, type “PREVIT COL” by MALVIN S.r.l. , applied with a brush or with a roller or by spray and to dilute 1:2 with clean water, with a yield of 8/10 mq/lt for each coat of product diluted depending on the absorption of the substrate.
