3. 2003, Worked in Villages of Rajasthan (Sriganganagar) with the households with micro enterprises (especially refugees from Pakistan), Lead Bank and Block level officials to evaluate the constraints in extending government-led microfinance programmes for the relevant households; as well as the potential impact of microfinance on the intrahousehold bargaining power of women. The exogenous factors for the non-cohesive formation of Self help Groups at the village is also analyzed in the backdrop of households who were yet to be recognized as Indian citizens.
