For scheduling of All Maintenance Plans in System automatically, a Background Job running T Code IP30 has to be run every night to generate Orders and display them as planned on the next day.

Maintenance Planner will run T Code – IW39 everyday to check whether anything is generated from their planning. Selection criteria in IW39 will be Plant Section – MXG, BLR etc. , Order Type M03, and current System Date.

Further, Notification and Order processing will be carried out.
