The Agency has reviewed your request for a revised label submitted inaccordance with continuing registration under the Federal Insecticide Fungicideand Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), as amended, and determined the action acceptable.

In summary, your request to add Biological Safety Cabinets and someother minor revisions to your label and the Clordidys Systems Operations Guides,one of four technical bulletins, has been accepted. These technical bulletins arepart of your labeling and the Agency must be notified of any changes you make.If you update the label but not Technical Bulletins then copies of the TechnicalBulletins do not have to be submitted. The Agency will not post these manuals onour Web page, only the second page with the title and version number.

A stamped copy of the labeling accepted with conditions is enclosed.Submit one copy of your final printed labeling before distributing or selling theproduct bearing the revised labeling.
