Jason Wu's fame has soared to

extreme heights with his recent

collections, making him one of

the most sought after designers.

For this inaugural spread, I am

translating his design into a room

design of my own. The key

elements that will define this

space are texture, color and form.

A sheepskin rug will mimic the

texture of the feathers, while the

Farrow & Ball Lotus wallpaper in

pink, on an accent wall, will

really drive the point home.

The staple pieces

of the living room

will be a Content

by Conran sofa

upholstered in a

Maharam alpaca velvet and a gray

marble coffee table that exudes

an organic shape. The sofa will be

flanked by two Tuberworks glass

side tables with Kartell Bourgie

lamps in white by Ferruccio

Laviani.

The Wassily chairs in lime green

leather serve as the statement

pieces that really turns this dress

into a room. The linearness of the

green belt from Jason Wu s look

can be found in the thin leather

straps of the classic designer

chair.
