Opaque PolypropyleneThis durable material has a smooth, white surface that offers total opacity and excellent resistance to tearing and chemicals. It is easily sewn, grommeted and laminated for a variety of applications with no show-through. You can use this material with GPA’s double-sided mounting adhesive to create two-sided window decals and signage for windows, coolers and counters. Opaque Polypropylene is commonly used for point-of-purchase displays, pennants, banners, window signage and other promotional graphics.

Recycled PolyethyleneThis product offers distinct advantages over traditional film products: it takes fewer resources to produce, it generates less waste during manufacturing and is easy to recycle. Composed of 35% post-consumer waste and 65% post-industrial waste, this material offers excellent durability and resistance to wear, weather, and chemicals. It can be die cut and foil embossed, and is perfect for applications such as binders, point-of-purchase displays and signage.

High Temperature PolyolefinThis product was created to meet the specific challenges of outdoor lightboxes. Returning MerchandiseAny stock product returned to GPA must have an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please call our Customer Support Department at 800-395-9000 for an RMA number in order to receive prompt credit. The product must be returned in the original packaging and the RMA number should appear on both your shipping label and packing list. Product must be in saleable condition, as determined by GPA. The cost of reconditioning any GPA product, when necessary, will be deducted from any credit which may be allowed.

Restocking Charge: A $15.00 or 10% restocking charge, whichever is greater, will be deducted from any credit for returned product. In the case of a product return to the mill, all penalties or additional charges imposed by the mill will be charged to the customer. All non-stock and custom items or items that have exceeded their shelf-life are not returnable for credit.

Basis Weight: Basis weights within this catalog are approximate and are not to be used for rejection of material or as a reason for product claims. Industry standards allow for a deviation of +/- 10% from the stated basis weight shown in this catalog.

Sheet Characteristics: The industry standard for sheet size tolerance is +/- 1/32nd of an inch in the grain direction and +/- 1/64th of an inch in the first dimension from the stated sheet size shown in this catalog. Grain direction is indicated under “Size” by the last dimension.

Stretch: Synthetic substrates are susceptible to “stretch” with extreme heat, which can have an effect on color and image registration. GPA recommends testing all substrates prior to production to better understand each product’s capabilities and limitations.

Product Complaints & Claims: All products in this catalog are sold with the understanding that the purchaser has followed all storage, handling and usage guidelines and has independently determined the suitability of the product and its application prior to purchase and use. When you receive your shipment, examine it thoroughly before altering the material (i.e. cutting, printing, scoring). No credit will be granted for product that is not in saleable condition. Supporting documentation must be provided on all product complaints (see “Returning Merchandise”). In the event of a product complaint, make sure to notify your GPA Sales Representative immediately. This will ensure that your complaint is processed properly.

Shipping & Delivery Claims: GPA assumes no liability for delivery failure or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control or the control of our suppliers or carriers. We strive to deliver orders that have been carefully checked and packed, but occasionally errors occur, both on our part and our customer’s. When you receive your order, before using any portion of it, we ask that you carefully examine it, paying special attention to Size, Weight, Color,Finish, and Quantity. Claims for shortages, errors, and damage must be made before the stock is altered in any way. All stock that is received damaged must be signed for as damaged (see “Returning Merchandise”).

Product Overruns/Underruns: All custom products are subject to overruns and underruns of +/- 10% of the original order quantity. GPA will invoice the actual quantity delivered.

Cancellations: Cancellation of orders for stock and custom products will be subject to and contingent upon payment of a cancellation charge established by GPA at the time cancellation is received. This charge may be an amount up to the full price of the cancelled portion of the order. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for any order cancellation of stock product.

Preparatory Materials: Artwork files, templates, dies, plates, CDs, flash drives and all items supplied by GPA will remain as the exclusive property of GPA.

Force Majeure: GPA shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, changes in shipment schedules or failure to deliver caused by accident, fires, strikes, riots, civil commotion, insurrection, war, the elements, embargoes, failure of carriers, inability to obtain transportation facilities, government requirements, acts of God or public enemy, prior orders from a GPA customer’s production or marketing activity, or any other causes or contingencies beyond GPA’s control. GPA shall in no event be liable for any consequential damages.

Taxes: The amount of any present or future federal, state, local or other taxes applicable to the sale of products listed herein shall be added to the price and paid by the GPA customer unless the customer provides GPA with a valid exemption certificate acceptable to GPA and the appropriate taxing authority.
