The PressMate range of printing press ancillary products is designed and built to optimise the reliability, productivity and

quality of today’s high speed printing presses. The PressMate range of Air Blast Chillers are the latest generation of MGE’s

ancillary products and have been specifically designed to work in conjunction with todays advanced UV Curing Systems

ensuring that excess heat generated by the lamps is quickly removed from the lamp housings and surrounding Press area.

Cooling is provided via a combination of high efficiency non-ferous Coil radiators and energy efficient axial fans

mounted on the top of the unit. Water circulation around the system is carried out by a centrifugal multistage pump

enclosed in a stainless steel body and fitted with carbon\ceramic mechanical seals to ensure reliability and a long life.

A digital temperature controller is mounted on the front of the unit to indicate system temperature and allow control of

when the fans power on and off (on the CS1500AB the fans can be independently set to power on at different

temperature levels). In addition there is a tank water level indicator and tank top up is done either via a nozzle on the

front of the unit or there is an automatic top up option available.
