Beginning from 7 January until 26 March 2017, Novotel Citygate Hong Kong offers “Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet” featuring fruit of
the forest at Essence during weekends and Public Holidays.
Our Afternoon Tea buffet offers a wide selection of dishes to choose from; catering to those with a sweet and savory tooth. Our normal
wide selection of sandwiches, satays, cook to order noodles, crepes, ice cream, cakes, fresh fruits and more will be complimented by
some sweet & sour Forest Fruit flavours using strawberry, raspberry, blueberry and blackberry. Indulge in the seasonal dishes that
capture the pure essence of Forest Fruit such as Wild Berry Éclair, French Crepe filled with a Wild Berry Cream, Raspberry Almond
Cream Tart, Blueberry Cup Cake and Mini Raspberry Lamingtons.
With Novotel Citygate Hong Kong being connected to the Citygate Outlet shopping mall and with a close proximity to Hong Kong’s top
tourists attractions such as the Hong Kong Disneyland, Ngong Ping Cable Cars, Tai-O Fishing Village, the Asia-World Expo and
Lantau Island, makes Essence’s “Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet” the ideal place for all exhausted shoppers as well as tourists to take

Cherry & Morello Cherry Tart
A crunchy tart base that has been filled with Cherry
puree, then encrusted with an array of both the Morello
Cherry and fresh seasonal varieties.
Blueberry Cup Cake
Whipped blueberry cream and topped with fresh
Blueberries, this cupcake gives a visual and taste
experience that is full of texture and sweetness.
