The Pochet Group is continuing to move forward with its transformation and is creating a buzz with the products and services it has to offer. It is pursuing its aim of bringing to life its customers packaging dreams. The creative expertise of the Group’s three departments, Pochet du Courval, Qualipac and Solev, is spread over 18 sites worldwide and serves the greatest names in the fragrance and cosmetics sectors. Looking to the future, the Pochet Group has achieved great projects this year, bringing to fruition the following major ones: - The opening of our Qualipac Shanghai site, a major step in our development in Asia, with a modernised platform delivering the highest industrial standards serving both local and international brands. - The implementation of our new furnace in the Pochet du Courval glass factory, an investment worth 14 billion euros. This highly efficient furnace is fully operational, producing glass of an exceptional quality with first-rate environmental standards, and enhanced industrial performance. - The creative alliances of our expertise have resulted in extreme technical prowess like the development of Olympéa by Paco Rabanne bottle or the prestigious Re-Nutriv Ultimate Diamond cosmetic jar by Estée Lauder (details can be found in our press kit) 2016 will see an increase in the transformation tempo with numerous initiatives, four of which we would like to share with you now: The first one is the Airless Pure Drop, a combination of high performance airless technology and the greatest freedom to customise products in the skincare market. It is being introduced exclusively at this edition of Luxe Pack with our partner Samhwa. Then we have Simglass 3D software technology, which helps reducing the development leadtime and incertitude that accompanies all creative processes. 2016 will see an increase in the transformation tempo with numerous initiatives, four of which we

would like to share with you now:

The first one is the Airless Pure Drop, a combination of high performance airless technology and

the greatest freedom to customise products in the skincare market. It is being introduced exclusively

at this edition of Luxe Pack with our partner Samhwa. Then we have Simglass 3D software

The Pochet Group has been selected by Dior to develop and produce its new “Sauvage” fragrance packaging. Every detail of its unders-tated yet luxurious packaging reflects thesynergy of the materials and know-how employed by the Pochet Group.

The clean and pure lines of the bottle, producedby Pochet du Courval, are emphasised by theperfect mastering of the glass distribution. Thebottle’s metallic steel blue shaded laquering is the work of Solev. Subtly engraved into thebottle base is the CD logo which echoes the oneon the cap.

OLYMPEA BY PACO RABANNE

The Pochet Group has succeeded in combiningits materials and know-how to produce theOlympea by Paco Rabanne bottle that is trulyworthy of its victorious name.

The technically complex shape of the bottle andthe perfectly mastered rounded glass distribu-tion are the signature work of Pochet du Courval.The perfectly reproduced laurel leaves embossedon the smooth, and flawless glass provide theideal surface for Solev to implement a “rose

gold” coloured complex metallization technique,achieved by hiding the sides and base of the bottle.

This precious shade also embellishes the collarand cap produced by Qualipac. The cap boasts acast-moulded zamak base with a Surlyn resindome resting on top of it, giving a harmoniousfinish to the ensemble.

Capacity: 80 ml

Executed by Qualipac, the cap is made of aluminium with a magnetic closing system, automatically repositioning the logo to line upwith the CD logo on the base and the screen-printing on the front and back of the bottle.

The luxurious detail that completes the ensemble is the emblematic “CD” that can bedeciphered in both directions on the glass as wellas on the metal.

ESTÉE LAUDER, RE-NUTRIV ULTIMATE DIAMOND

The alliance of technologies and know-hows within Groupe Pochet has made the preciouspackaging of the exceptional skin care line “Re-Nutriv Utimate Diamond” a dream cometrue.

A reflection of the skincare’s high performance,the luxury glass jar produced by Pochet du Cour-val has a diamond-like facetted base. The glassclarity and purity is magnified by the golden glowof the plastic cup made by Qualipac and metal-lized by Solev. The assembly realized by Pochet

du Courval with the aluminum ring adds a finaland refined touch to the global design. Its glassknow-how has made this unique packaging anoutstanding reference of luxury packaging forpremium skincare.

Mirror mirror on the wall…

Solev achieves real technical prowess with its selective metallization, applied just on the back side of the Paco Rabanne bottle producedby Pochet du Courval.

An extremely innovative system of enterprisingcovers has been created to obtain the illusion ofdepth and lightness. The decorative finish of « 1 million Cologne » with its elegant, luminousshine is the work of the bottle-manufacturingdepartment of the Pochet Group.

Solev completes the look by glazing the cap withan ultra shiny finish.

The Pochet Group and Samhwa Plastic have chosen Luxe Pack Monaco to unveil their partnership centred on PURE DROP, the high-end airless pump that combines the best tech-nology and performance available with thefreedom to customize products to suit individualneeds in the increasingly developing Skin Caresector.

The freedom of the airless pump in the luxurygoods sector:

PURE DROP is the product of a paradox ; although airless is the type of packaging bestsuited to distributing complex or fragile cosmetic formulas, it is comparatively under-represented in the luxury goods sector as it is limited by a field of considerable aesthetic andpractical constraints.

State of the art materials in the airless sectorwere to be found in South Korea where the Pochet Group met Samhwa. They had a conver-gence of interest that rapidly led to mutual trustbetween the two parties.
