We highly recommend you review the questions in advance of completing the questionnaire on the Resource Page . We ask that you complete the questionnaire no later than Friday, October 12th, at 5:00 pm Pacific Time . Beginning the week of October 15th, we will be sharing the responses with your direct supervisor to review and comment. After we have completed the supervisors' review, Trüpp may contact either or both the employee or the supervisor to ask clarifying questions, if needed. If you have any questions or run into any issues with the questionnaire, please see the Resource Page or contact Meagan Phillips by e-mail at [email protected] or by phone at 503-828-0255 ext. 113.
