The Interview Process• This is the first step in a two step interview process
• You were identified either by resume or referral as a potential candidate for our program
• This first step is a business overview to go into detail about our company and the positions for which we are hiring
• The second step is for you to decide if you want to continue to be considered for a position and to schedule a final interview
