To describe the incident in question, dated September 22, 2017 on the "Notice of Hearing, Posting Copy for Case No. 486215, but which actually occurred on September 21st and September 23rd of 2017, the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety, or LADBS, ordered "Southwest Building Demolition", an LADBS contractor, onto MY PROPERTY, PARCEL NO. 2676-010-034, located at 16433 GLEDHILL ST.,

NORTH HILLS, CA, 91343-2806, WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME BY MAIL, PHONE, ORE-MAIL WITH A "3-DAY NOTICE OF INTENT TO CLEAN, or any similar notice, even after I verbally, over the phone, gave my contact mailing address and phone number to Inspector Schulzinger (Phone No.: 213-252-3962) of the

LADBS in early September of 2017, to remove debris from my property that resulted FROM A VILE,

CRIMINAL HATE CRIME-MOTIVATED VANDALISM INCIDENT that was committed on September 13
