BULL TERRIER CLUB (UK) WELFARE TRUSTThe Bull Terrier Club Welfare Trust covers the whole of the UK and is administered by the

Managing Committee of the Welfare Trust. Their main objective is to look after Bull Terriers whose owners can no longer keep them and who would otherwise be put to sleep.

It must be stressed that the owner should fi rst seek help from the breeder and that together they should vigorously seek suitable new owners and homes. The Bull Terrier (UK) Welfare Trust is an emergency service and must never be used as an easy answer for any persons who should

reasonably be expected to make satisfactory arrangements on their own behalf.Help is always needed with transport and/or kennel accommodation and in fi nding suitable homes for animals that come into the scheme. All owners can help by thinking twice before allowing their bitches to be bred from or allowing their stud dogs to be used. When puppies are available they should ensure that prospective owners are carefully vetted and that they as breeders provide a

lifelong ‘after sales’ service to ensure that the dogs are cared for and enjoy good health.Chairperson: Mr. Eddie Ball: Tel: 01274 495650

so your dog stays well hydrated. • Avoid your dog taking part in unnecessary exertion, or from standing in exposed sunlight for extended lengths of time. Remember,

if you feel hot your dog is very likely to feel much hotter and dehydrated, and this could lead to dire results. Please look after your dog’s welfare.
