    Connect now with the Cultural & Historic Resources Task Force by joining the listserv thatis a statewide network of more then 80 people

    Create a pocket plan and carry it with you in your wallet

    Actively monitor developing events that might affect your institution

    Alert local emergency management office and the CHR Task Force beforeyou exceed yourinstitutions resources to allow adequate lead time to coordinate assistance

    Track all of your institutions paid and volunteer hours during an event and any expensesincurred to evacuate collections, to take protective measures for buildings and sites, and torespond to the event

    Report expenses to your local emergency management office as soon as possible
