How do Latin@s see themselves? As white? As indigenous? As black? As mixed? Is the Latin@ racial paradigm different than the US racial paradigm? ese and other questions are explored in the presentation, “Cosmic Race, Rainbow People and other Myths: An Exploration of Latin@s Racial Identity,” by examining the historical and contemporary forces that shape that identity.
