designers, Kensington duo Max de Rosee and Claire Sa share a love of well-crafted materials. This comes

through in the beautiful joinery evident in their projects – whether it’s a parquet floor, an exquisitely

carved kitchen or even a set of contemporary ceiling beams.

TODHUNTER EARLEOne of the UK’s most well-established interior design names – this firm, set up by Emily Todhunter and Kate Earle in 1988, does a subtle, modern take on classic country-house style. Though many of its projects are homes in London and the countryside, the studio has also designed serene interiors for Raymond Blanc’s Oxford hotel, Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, todhunterearle.com
