Established in 1990 Clientele composed of small businesses and

personal banking checking and savings accounts

Our customer base is in the Greater Houston and Clear Lake area with several branches in the Galveston, Webster, and Texas City area.

Background

ABC Bank current operations only allows customers to make deposits/withdrawals at their local branches.

The bank itself does not have ATMs.◦ Customer has to pay a nominal fee to withdraw their money

using the external ATM vendors. This mode of operation is inconvenient to customers

and not efficient for the business.◦ Cons

Customers have to come into the bank and manually fill out deposit/withdrawal slips

Bank processing time of customer information is far behind their competition due to the fact that they can only service their customers through the traditional methods

Customers out of town don’t have the ability to access their account information.

Project Request

Provide customers with the ability to execute transactions (access banking information, withdraw cash, deposit money) from remote locations through the use of automated teller machine (ATM) machines.

Give customers the ability to check account information using an automated phone system.

Offer free Mobile Banking System (MBS)
