HEALTH NEWS

HEALTH TIP Did you know? As we age, our skin grows thinner; it becomes drier and less elastic. Wrinkles appear, and cuts and bruises take longer to heal. Be sure to protect your skin from the sun. Too much sun and ultraviolet rays can cause skin cancer.

5 ways to protect your skin: 1. Limit sun exposure

2. Stay hydrated

3. Take health precautions

4. Use gentle skin care products

5. Know your skin
