LESSONS LEARNED – HOPES AND DESIRES

Page 15: Presented by: major Vlasta Zekulić, PhD CROATIAN APPROACH TO EMILYO

LESSONS LEARNED Introduction to other cultures and

exposure to foreign languages. Growing appreciation and understanding of

other militaries efforts and progresses. Deeper understanding of the nation behind the

weaponry, what drives them, motivates them, what breathes in national pride.

Drawing from the military historic lessons as the prerequisite for attaining new ones.

Page 16: Presented by: major Vlasta Zekulić, PhD CROATIAN APPROACH TO EMILYO

LESSONS LEARNED – CONT. Experiences from training with the other

militaries gives them sense of self-value in comparison to others.

It enables them to test their own skills and knowledge and adapt it to the new circumstances.

Test the ability to live, workand “fight” in the new and changed environment, food, living and sleeping conditions.
