ORIGINAL NATIONAL ROAD SURFACE
GAME DIRECTIONS
1) Students will be divided into two teams.2) Two teams are going to travel along the National Road
in a wagon filled with supplies.3) Both teams will stop at a mile marker or a historical
destination. At that time, the teams will be asked a question based on information given about the stop.
4) Depending on whether the team’s answer is correct or incorrect, the team will either earn a chicken or lose a supply item.
5) The team to have the most supplies at the end of the road wins!
