Project Description

Requirements: Family oriented entertainment Scenic over look of the bayou Ample parking space Scenic park, entertainment, and fitness options Generate enough revenue to pay back construction costs

Details: 2.5 acres Previously served as two parking lots Bounded by Commerce Street, La Branch Street, and Caroline

Foundation and Structural Plans

Foundation: Due to the previous status of the site being a parking

lot, the foundation has already been constructed with concrete.

The parking lot will remain as the building will expand upward.

Structural : Entire structural plan will be based on concrete. Concrete beams: 5 – 10 ft. Concrete girders: 10 - 25 ft. Concrete columns: 20 - 25 ft.
