VISIOWEB Personalized and Connected VISIOWEB is the revolutionary digital platform featured on the Excite+ Cardiovascular line. VISIOWEB is mywellness Cloud ready and users can login during their workout for a personalized and social experience.

PERSONALIZED CONTENT Users can login and access their favorite websites, Facebook account, check the weather or join challenges in one touch. Users can login by: 1) Inputting their email and password. 2) Using a device (TGS or Mywellness Key). 3) Scanning the QR code displayed on the

screen with the mywellness mobile app.

VISIOSELF Touch Screen Kiosk for Self Prescription VISIOSELF is a new interactive touch screen kiosk that allows your customers to select a training program without guidance. Select a program based on a specific goal, sport, aspiration or training experience. VISIOSELF demonstrates which exercises to perform, guideme videos, results achieved, challenge rankings and much more.

EASY-TO-USE PROGRAM VISIOSELF will generate a suitable training program in a few simple steps. Users may select a program based on a specific goal or sport in line with their aspiration map. VISIOSELF will generate a program based on training goals, duration and number of sessions per week. The program will be compatible with all equipment, activities and classes available in the facility.

GUIDEME VIDEOS AND TGS KEY VISIOSELF instructs users which exercises to perform and how to execute proper form using the guideme videos. The TGS Key will start the equipment automatically and save the exercises performed.

RESULTS AND CHALLENGES When a workout is complete, users checkout on VISIOSELF. The completed exercises are automatically downloaded from the TGS Key. The data will be safely stored in the Central Server and can be accessed at any time through VISIOSELF, a smartphone, a tablet or a PC.

mywellness App Connected Everywhere With the mywellness mobile application, users can access their account via smartphone. They can review their workout, check their challenge rankings, or add indoor or outdoor activities from any location. Inside the facility they can also use their smartphone to login to VISIOWEB or VISIOSELF. The mywellness mobile app is free and can be downloaded from the Apple store.

A PROGRAM IN FEW STEPS The library is made available on the mywellness.com website and the VISIOSELF Kiosk. The user can quickly select the program that better fits to the actual level of experience, time available and the equipment installed in the facility.

TRACK RESULTS WITH TGS KEY The program is stored on the TGS Key it and users will be gain support and guidance during their workout. Each exercise performed during the workout will be tracked on the TGS Key. When the workout is completed, users checkout on the VISIOSELF kiosk and the data is sent to the mywellness cloud central server. Data can be accessed at any time from mywellness.com or the mywellness mobile app.

CUSTOMIZABLE LIBRARY The program library available in the SELF application automatically adapts to the equipment installed in the facility. The operator can also customize the library by: 1) Making a program available or not. 2) Customizing the exercises included in

FORGET PAPER, SAVE THE PROGRAM ONTO THE KEY Training programs are saved onto the TGS Key, which guides your members through each exercise. The Key keeps track of completed exercises and records workout results. Members can check workouts, test results and monitor their progress on the Wellness Expert.

USERS CAN BEGIN WORKOUTS WITH ONE TOUCH When users insert the TGS Key into the equipment, they are guided through their entire workout. The Wellness System Key records calories, heart rate, distance and duration.

The Wellness System offers superior quality of service and efficient program customization. The results are automatically tracked and can be used to monitor progress.
