Nonprofit organization founded in 1988 to provide permanent supportive housing for people who are homeless and living with mental illness
Developed 43 PSH apartment communities throughout Southern California, primarily in Los Angeles and Orange Counties
Active developer: Currently have 1 project under construction, 2 breaking ground in 2014, and 7 in the predevelopment stage

ACOF Approach
There are 4,250 people who are homeless in Orange County per the 2013 Homeless Count
There are very little resources (shelters, transitional housing) for people who are homeless in Orange County
People living on the streets is not good for the residential OR business community.
When people are living on the streets, it places enormous financial burden on the healthcare and law enforcement sectors
Why is Permanent Supportive Housing important for Orange County?
