Our Purpose…"The Alliance" is a unique economic
development firm established in 1994 as a public/private partnership to provide assistance to minority and women-owned businesses seeking to establish or expand their operations.

Total Clients Served - 2005-08
"The Alliance" served a total of 5,736 new clients from 2005 to date.
Of that amount 68% of the businesses served were located in Orange County.
Total New Clients (by Year)The number of new clients seeking assistance through services provided by "The Alliance" has increased annually.
Training Workshops
"The Alliance" provides business management training workshops to assist start-up as well as existing companies looking to expand.
Orange County M/WBE Certification Workshop has been held monthly for over 7 years.
We provide on average 720 hours of training to our client base on an annual basis.
Clients Counseled"The Alliance" provides one-on-one business management counseling.
Specific hands-on assistance given to construction related business owners.
