• Every page should feature a footer which includes the presentation name/title and page number. The page numbering is already set up and all you will need to do is update the presentation name, author and the date.

• To add these to the whole presentation (not the title page) please follow the steps below:

– On the menu bar, click on “view”

– Under “presentation views” click on Slide Master, select the 1st master template

– Then click on the “Insert” tab, the header & footer icon appears

– Select this and a window appears, at the bottom you will see under “Footer” the presentation name, author and the date (see below)

– Amend the presentation name, author and the date, click on the tab on the top right “Apply to All” and this will update the whole presentation automatically

– Do not double click the footer on the presentation itself to change the name as this will only change one slide and not the whole presentation

– Lastly, please delete this slide
