Sysmax Manufacturers

• Sysmex was the first company to use fluorescent flow cytometry and cell counting methods to reliably detect abnormal samples and reduce false positives.

• Take advantage of our experience.

Sysmex XT-2000i

• The Sysmex XT-2000i is an automated hematology analyzer for in vitro diagnostic use. The XT-2000i can analyze and output the results of 24 parameters of a blood sample by using an optical detector block based on flow cytometry and a semiconductor laser.

Fluorescent Flow Cytometry Makes the Difference

A difference in managing abnormal samples• Reliable detection of abnormal

samples remains the most important issue in the hematology laboratory.

• Accurate WBC, RBC, PLT and Differential results are essential to providing meaningful clinical information and in maintaining an efficient laboratory

Continue

• The xt-Series, which is comprised of the xt-2000i and the xt-1800i, use the identical and advanced Fluorescent Flow Cytometry technology and state-of-the-art cell counting methods.

• The xt-Series extensive panel of hematology parameters provides more comprehensive data for better clinical decisions.

Success of excellence

• Built on the modern Fluorescent Flow• Reliable system requiring minimum• Maintenance (just one shut-down

cycle/day)• Excellent WBC differential with low

review rate due to fluorochrome staining of

cells

Page 14: Presentation Shahbaz

Valuable informationwith diagnostic impact

• Reticulocyte enumeration including maturation indices for efficient

monitoring of the erythropoietin activity• Fluorescent optical platelets for

accurate plate-let counts even in case of mall RBC or large PLT

• Cumulative patient data and Delta Check

Page 15: Presentation Shahbaz

Easy-to-use

• Windows 2000 graphical user interface

• Q-Flags for quantitative flagging, adjustable according to laboratory

needs• Comprehensive software programs

for internal and external quality control on board

Page 16: Presentation Shahbaz

Cost effective

• Four random access selective test profiles

(CBC,CBC/DIFF,CBC/RET,CBC/DIFF/RET)• Real time bi-directional Host

communication• Network capability for integration into a productive laboratory

environment

Page 17: Presentation Shahbaz

Flexibility

• Information Processing Unit (IPU) with customizable display

Page 18: Presentation Shahbaz

Advantages of xt-2000I IN DIAGNOSIS

• Abnormalities in the WBC (myeloid) line

• Abnormalities in the WBC (lymphoid) line

• Abnormalities in the RBC line• Abnormalities in the PLT line
