INTRODUCTIONINTRODUCTION Started to build own webpage on December 2008 and

registered as sole proprietors of QQ Baby Shop (1867833-P) Fully operate in a small 3 rooms condominium at Setapak Kuala Lumpur. On August 2010, a home-based warehouse which is 3-

storey terrace corner unit is not enough in order to fulfil customer needs and suggestion of products to carry.

On 2012, QQ Baby Shop finally moved to an office based as main warehouse with 2 units 5-storey shop

lot, about 18000st at Jalan 10/23A Setapak Kuala Lumpur.

While doing business on the Internet can open up markets all over the world, it can be more difficult to develop ongoing business relationships which can’t face-to-face meeting with the person.

customers' bank accounts or steal their identities.

The company is located at West Malaysia and there are no branches available at East Malaysia.

Our company will be more effectively to parents and thus the total sales of QQ Baby’s product will be increasing.

Reduce cost of posting product

Customer can directly go to the shop and buy through counter and it will help customer to cut the cost of posting.

Additional knowledge for parents about Cloth DiaperParents will be more excited to learn about the benefit of

cloth diaper and can help them to choose whether they want use choosing Cloth Diaper or Disposable Diaper.

• The choices to use cloth diapers that reusable will support the world green program.

PROCEDUREPROCEDURE1. Looking for a rent shop in a strategy location

Set our plan to find strategic location within a month which is on January.

From early survey, there are some place that it deems appropriate which located at Centre Point, Wisma Merdeka and 1 Borneo Hypermall.

Final chosen is 1 Borneo Hypermall due to to many people go there including the tourist which there are two hotels near the location.

PROCEDUREPROCEDURE2. Discuss with the owner (rent)

Discussion about rental and agreement process with the owner.

The rental price given is RM 2,000.00 per month.

The first payment is based on the concept 2 + 1and will be making upon signing the agreement.

PROCEDUREPROCEDURE3. Counting Budget

Start making a calculation to find out the total of budget that should be provided.

Signing a rental agreement with the owner of the store and make the first payment has been agreed also will be settle on that month.

Agreed to employ a worker as a shop assistant and began to advertise vacancies.

PROCEDUREPROCEDURE4. Arrange the shop facilities

Buy essential items such as cabinet shops, cash machine, stationery and furniture (Table & chairs).

Renovation such as wiring, installing and arranging shop equipment will be initiated once the entire item has been purchased. After all the renovation works done, we will start get the merchandise stock.

Interview and select candidates. Give training and provide information about the product that will be sold.

Full operated and the opening ceremony will be held.

Prepare 20 free gifts for 20 early customers who make purchases and 50 goodies for infants and children who came to the opening ceremony.

LIMITATIONLIMITATIONProblems that we might have during the process of opening new branch at Kota Kinabalu :-

1. Last minute cancelation from the owner shopShop owner change his/her mind about the shop rental

(orally spoken) before the agreement sheet sign.

2. Over budgetSometimes there are some items that we forget to put on

the budget. When this is happen, we need to add on the budget to ensure the planning move on.

LIMITATIONLIMITATION3. Staffing

Selected employees change their mind and not accepts the job because they get another offer.

4. Lack of schedule as per planningSometime, we may face some problem such as the late renovation schedule and this will be take time to achieve

the work schedule.
