2 MoUD’s Observations on Previously
Submitted Proposal
1. Not in Standard Templet provided by MoUD
2. Depends on Special Status State (90:10 funding pattern)
3. Still lagging in basic services. Weak Revenue Streams (cost recovery for
water only 12%)
4. Traffic Congestion is key issue in ABD (Police Bazaar). Flyover proposal in
Police Bazaar not clearly presented.
5. Skywalks in ABD Area should be revisited and possibly dropped. Generally
history seems to be reason given for area selection on ABD. Might need
other reasons.
