Organizing As described by (Sarwoto, 1987:77):
Organizing the whole process of grouping
people, tools duties, responsibilities or authority in
such a way, order to create an organization that
can be mobilized as a unit in order to achieve thegoals set.
In the determination of management graduation
standards, was instrumental in organizing thedistribution of tasks to each of the existing

Actuating
This stage is the implementation stage.
Now no longer just a written plan, stage
distribution of tasks, but are included in the
implementation. In the management ofprimary school graduation standards in
order to achieve the desired objectives,
the implementation of the plans that havebeen presented earlier should be
implemented and should not be delayed.

The teacher's role will greatly affect the
success of the running this stage. Where
teachers are always hanging out with
students, teachers are expected toactually carry out the task in achieving the
maximum competency.

Controlling
Once implemented also still remain in
control, in the sense that there should be
monitoring how these processes take place.
So no one acted arbitrarily, especiallycareless.
In this stage, the role of the principal as a
manager is needed to control hissubordinates. So that the process of
achieving graduate competence standards
can run up under the control of the principal.

Evaluating
The end result is sometimes satisfactory andsometimes disappointing. But all it could
definitely be a lesson for school. In the final
stage management graduation standards mustbe evaluated. This evaluation is necessary,
because the evaluation of the school will be an
important lesson from the mistakes / failures
that existed before.
In this evaluation, all parties concerned are the
main actors. So, theres no role that more
dominant than the others.
