Each team will be given 10 minutes (maximum) for the presentation, already including the set-up time of props. The act is timed from the first vocal utterance in any vocal arrangement; the first body movement in any dance arrangement; and the first musical sound in any instrumental arrangement.

Each team must have 20 members (10 MEMBERS ON STAGE ONLY & 10 MEMBERS on the surrounding areas of the stage)

Teams who exceed the allocated time will be given a point deduction for every exceeding minute.

Use of fire, smoke or any other hazardous materials with foul or appalling odors is not allowed.

Use of foul or bad verbal and non-verbal language, indecent video presentations, etc. is not allowed and will be sanctioned accordingly.

Each team must assign a point person who will cordinate with the Programme Committee prior to the event.

Teams need to submit the following items in writing to the Programme Committee c/o JAJA REGUDO of HR on or before December 13:

General Concept, Props description, lighting and smoke effect requirements that will be controlled from the tech booth during the performance; Music that will be played during the presentation

• Contestants should be amenable that the time, manner and method of judging shall be solely upon the discretion of the Programme Committee and the judges. Decisions are therefore final and no appeals will be enertained.
