New Hampshire fi rst introduced Indistar as a tool for Schools in Need of Improvement (SINI) and Districts in Need of Improvement (DINI)

Our ESEA Waiver ( June 2013) led to a revision of our Indicators which al ign with the Seven US Department of Education’s Turnaround Principles.

Title I Focus Schools and Priority Schools, 40 in al l , select one to three indicators for each of the Seven Turnaround Principles.

In response to Technical Assistance requested from our schools, and data from our Tri-annual Review, the NHDOE in col laboration with our national partners, CEELO, SWIFT and Indistar are building out addit ional indicators in the fol lowing areas: School-Wide Integrated Framework for Transformation (SWIFT) Early Childhood ht tp : / / cee lo .o rg / i nd i s ta r-ear l y - ch i l dhood - ind i ca to r s /
