Brief Process:

• You may kick the box” Order Now” on header of our website, then fill in the necessary specification accordingly, the order will be created and sent our team after kick the final box of ” Order Now”.

FQA Service Process

• Option 2: in order to save you time, you just need put the necessary information (inspection items, descriptions, desired inspection date, supplier information, special comments/requirements and so); then send us (alex.song@freequalityasia.com and CC info@freequalityasia.comall of inspection documents by mail;

• Then all of rest will be completed by FQA; • After received the booking order and the specification documents, one

FQA Reference number will be created, at the same time, our team will evaluate the workload and propose the best quotation for your confirmation;

• Meanwhile, our team will contact the supplier to confirm the final inspection date and keep you informed; also our technical team is digesting your inspection order and specifications, and clarify with you if any needed;

• The inspection will be arranged after your approval on our quotation and the inspection date is confirmed;

• The report is usually available for you in the next day of inspection date.

Invoice & Payment

• Invoice:

Monthly invoice is always implemented for our valuable & regular clients;

At the beginning of each month, your account/marketing manager sends the monthly invoice of the inspections in last month for your reviewing and checking;

The due date of monthly payment should be in the middle of every month.
