The library is computerized and equipped with DELNET, EBSCO and J-Gate.

24 x 7 Security

• The campus is under 24 x 7CCTV surveillance. All entry& exit points are manned bysecurity personnel. Onlyregistered students and staffmembers can enter/exit thecampus premises, that tooafter undergoing bio-metricsecurity checks.

• Visitors are required to takeprior appointments andapproval of the desiredoffice.

International Internship Programme

at SIIRM from the year 2010:

• SIIRM has collaboration with AIESEC, an InternationalStudent’s Organization having presence in more than 116countries for the implementation of this programme.

– It is a Student Exchange Programme.

• Represented countries were:

United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria,Sweden, Norway, Ukraine, Russia, Uzbekistan,Morocco, Egypt, Iraq, China, Taiwan, Indonesia,Singapore, Brazil, Mexico, Japan and Kazakhstan etc.

• Under this programme the students stayed at our Rural CampusPhagi and have studied many aspects of Rural Developmentincluding Socio-cultural life style of Rural population in Phagiblock.

Bilateral Volunteer Exchange

Programme with Govt. of Germany

Exchange Programme through Weltwarts

(Ministry of External Affairs, Government of

Germany) with a South –North Component

and a North - South Component

(DIZ).

From 6th September, 2016 to 5th May, 2017 (for 8months period)

2. Mr. Daniel Sommer (in Hospital)

From 16th September, 2016 to 15th June, 2017 (for 9months period).

Benefits to the Organization:

1. Volunteer ‘s services are available for full time.

2. They are exchanging their knowledge with the staff,students and community at large

3. Our staff members also had the opportunity to learn anew language from the volunteer.

4. The staff members now have knowledge about theGermany Culture.

5. The organization will get visibility in other countrieswith respect to the educational & professionalavenues provided by the institution in the areas oftechnical and management education.

Benefits to Volunteers 1. Opportunity to learn to work in a new environment

2. Opportunity to learn language of the new country (i.e. Hindi in

India).

4. Opportunity to learn to live and get acquainted with different food-

6. Opportunity to understand Historical and Cultural heritage of the

new country through different field visit and visit to places of

historic importance .

7. Volunteer gets a Certificate of Volunteer Service from the sending

organization after completion of period of volunteer service.

Expectation of Organization:

1. Organization expect from the volunteer that

he will contribute and share the work burden

of organization.

2. Organization expect that volunteer from other

partner country will learn some specific work

from here and the experience of work will be

useful in future in their own country.

Expectation of Volunteers

• Volunteer after selecting area of work,

expect that the job-experience received

will be useful for him/her in future .

• Volunteer expect that his stay in the

partner country should be comfortable

and should bear economy as well.

Result

1. Volunteers are helping the organization by

performing specific job and sharing the work

in the new organization.

2. Volunteers are exchanging their views with

staff working in the partner organization and

making their skill perfect.

3. Volunteers are getting opportunity of learning

on-the-job experience in their area of interest

resulting increase in self-confidence to do

work.

SIIRM (Jaipur)1. Hospital – Clinical and Non-Clinical work.

2. Nursing College – Teaching or as trainer on practical aspects of

nursing in hospital.

3. Primary, Middle, Secondary and Sr. Secondary School level – as

Teacher to teach various subjects or to work in Science

Laboratories.

4. Industrial Training Institute, at Phagi, volunteers can work as

Instructor or Trainer in the Vocational Training in –

(a) Electrical Department

(b) Mechanical Department

(c) Computer (IT Department)

Volunteer can perform various duties in operational and

Maintenance of Laboratory

5. Graduate & Post-Graduate colleges- as Teaching Faculty or in

various Laboratories as Trainer/Supervisor.

6. Engineering College- as Faculty/Trainer or as Laboratory

supervisor.

7. Management Institution- as Faculty of specific subject.
