This is a brief overview of ballistic protection solutions available for the FIRE/EMT Service.
We are based in Michigan and manufacture body armor for the DOD and First Responder Markets.
There are many applications for Body Armor and I hope this will give your department some guidance as a first step into understand which products are best for your team.

Incorporating:• Common Tactics, Communications Capabilities• Terminology • Region/ County to Create Common SOP’s
Number one cause of preventable death in victims of AS/MCIs is penetrating trauma/hemorrhage.
FIRE/EMT management should provide appropriate protective gear to personnel exposed to risks so EMT/Fire can treat, stabilize and remove the injured rapidly while wearing ballistic protective equipment.
