Proposal
To increase efficiency and reduce costs, we propose that Goodrich Landing Gear combine Tennessee, Cleveland and Ontario into one state-of-the-art “Mega-Facility” in Cleveland, Ohio
The location is 1.4 miles from the Goodrich Plating Facility, providing reduced transportation cost of materials
The proposed building would be leased by Goodrich
The building would be LEED certified
