What is Double T?We are a student affiliate of the American

Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP)Professional association that represents

pharmacists who practice in hospitals, health maintenance organizations, long-term care facilities, home care, and other components of health care systems.

For more than 70 years, the Society's 40,000 members include pharmacists, student pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians.

What is Double T?We are also affiliated with Texas Society of

Health-System Pharmacists (TSHP). Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists serves the

pharmacy professionals of Texas. TSHP provides networking opportunities, education,

mentor-ship, competitions, awards and much more for its members.

Mission of Double TThe mission of the Texas Tech Student Society of Health-System Pharmacists (TTSSHP) is to bring awareness of pharmacy practice in health-systems and clinical pharmacy practice settings, provide information to students about career directions in and credentials needed for pharmacy practice in health-systems and clinical pharmacy practice settings, and encourage membership and participation in state and national health-systems pharmacy organizations as a student and upon graduation.
