Ourmanagementincludesthefollowing:
• ImplementationofAurisHotelManagementQualityofServicesStandards.• LocalandInternationalMarketingstrategy.• Selection,employment,supervision,trainingandassignmentofthedutiesoftheGeneralManageroftheHotelandallemployeesengagedintheoperationoftheproperty.• Initiation,supervisionandcontrolofordinaryrepairs,maintenanceandminoralterations.• Supervisionandcontroloftheactivitiesofguests,tenants,concessionairesandholdersofprivilegesandtheiremployees.• InstallationofsuitablebooksofcontrolandoperatingaccountsinaccordancewiththerulesandregulationsaswellastheUniformSystemofAccountsfortheLodgingIndustry.• Supervise,ReviewandSubmittoOwnerapprovalayearlyfullOperationalBudget,including:- Costsbydepartment- Revenuebydepartment- Overheadexpenses- ReplacementofandadditiontoFF&E
