Finished Tank Base Slab ready for Wall forms
Assembly of Steel Gang Forms – Assembly of Walk-way is done on the ground and lifted into place attached to a section of forms Workers will work from a safe location and platform mobile man-lifts are used as needed.
Section of Gang Form and Walk-way being hoisted into place with Crane. Note: All workers are tied-off 100% and the use of Load Tag lines is Company Policy
Competed Gang Form Wall section
Installing Wall Reinforcing bar – Note: Rebar is tied in mats on the ground with the correct splicing and then hoisted into place with crane.
Extra Reinforcing being set in the splice sections. Note: Workers are 100% tied-off at all times. Spotters and Safety personal watching at all times.
Closing Up outside wall form of wall section. Note Workers using man-lifts and spotters guiding form section into place.
Pouring Concrete in Wall section. Note: Workers work from walk-ways on the inside of the wall section.

Gang Form wall section on inside of tank after finishing pouring. Note: Squares on the concrete are from the pour doors in the form panels with allows concrete to be poured into the forms per the ACI specifications.
