Tecnicas Reunidas starts operation. 1960

Contracts with Monsanto Iberica; Dow Unquinesa; Calatrava Philips, 1st. refinery in Spain, for Petroliber

(Marathon Oil) and Castellon refinery, for Esso Spain. 1965

1st. lump sum turn-key export contract : Lujan de Cuyo refinery, for YPF Argentina. 1968

Establishment of Empresarios Agrupados: Engineering, Procurement Management, Construction,

Testing and Start-up Supervision and Operation and Maintenance support for Nuclear and Fossil Fired

Power Plants, in Spain and abroad..

1971

1st large turn-key contract in Asia : Dumai refinery, for Pertamina – Indonesia. 1981

1st contract awarded in China : LAB plant, in Fushun. Since then, TR has been awarded 14 large turn-key

contracts in China. 1988

TR is active in more than 50 countries. 1990

Acquisition of INITEC : Upstream & Gas credentials. 2000

Awarded the Ourhoud field development : first relevant upstream project. Awarded Damietta LNG plant :

project contracted > €1,000m (TR 1/3 of project). 2001

1st contract in the Gulf countries, in Saudi Arabia awarded by Saudi Aramco. 2003

TR enters IBEX 35 on April 1st, making TR one of the 35 reference companies in the Spanish Stock

Exchange. TR is listed in the Spanish Stock Market since 2006. 2008

Record Backlog 7,005 M€. 10 contracts for Saudi Aramco. Projects under execution in Turkey, UAE, Oman,

Algeria, Kuwait, Australia, Canada, China, Russia, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Mexico, Portugal and Spain, among

others.
