Access restrictions and mobility constraints: impediments and/or infringement to freedom of movement, goods essential for survival, assistance and fundamental rights of civilians, because of events caused by the conflict, violence, natural disasters or physical barriers.
Confinement: A specific population is confined when it suffers impediments to freedom of movement for a period equivalent or superior to one week, and additionally has limited access to three basic goods or services such as: education, health, water and sanitation,
livelihoods, among others.
